As Level 1 Agents, you are not permitted to handle MIC (Mortgage Investment Corporation) deals, including any communication or acceptance of documents related to such deals. In such cases, it is imperative that you promptly reach out to your Team Leader or Mentor so they can assume responsibility for managing your MIC deals.
Understand that you will still receive compensation at a 60/40 split for the first 4 deals. However, upon exceeding this threshold, a fee of $450 will be applicable on each subsequent deal until you obtain a Level 2 license.
Furthermore, please note that engaging in Private deals is strictly prohibited unless the investor has been properly onboarded with the brokerage. For more information regarding private investors and related protocols, kindly liaise with your Team Leader or Mentor.
